Peachy Keen Challenge #53

Good morning, fine crafting peeps!

I have been busy staying cool in my basement scraproom, and have completed the Peachy Keen Challenge. Although I didn't use a Peachy stamp this time, I am still happy with how it came out. I have been blessed to work with the FINEST fifth grade teaching team, and I wanted to express my gratitude with all of their help with a card. I used Stampin' Up! stamps (large big wheel, All about Gratitude, and stamp set, So Many Scallops). I also used Stampin' Up! cardstock and ink in Melon Mambo, Peach Parfait, Very Vanilla, Concord Crush, and Pear Pizzazz. I can't seem to get enough of their IN Colors this year! I will have to restock soon. I hope that you all enjoy this challenge, and I have loved seeing all of your projects, too. Thanks for stopping by!

Throwback Thursday with Miss Emma!!

Good morning again, my fine crafting peeps!

Today I share with you a project I completed for the current challenge at creativetimeforme.com. I really love how this turned out, and I am thinking I really like the 8X8 format, which is kind of new to me. I used the Life is a Beach cricut cartridge, and Stampin' Up! cardstock. I also used a paper stack designed by Melody Ross entitled "Homespun Chic". I'm into retro BIG time, so this paper stack was a must have for me. I am so grateful Miss Emma has these Throwback Thursdays because it reminds me to get out the "old" cartridges, and it also prompted me to use my Stampin' Up! pastels on the umbrella border. I haven't used those babies in a long time, so it was nice to get those out. I have enjoyed looking at all of your projects and blogs, and hope you enjoyed your visit, too!

Happy crafting!

My Pink Stamper Challenge #1

Hello fellow paper crafters! Today I am enjoying scrapping with Robyn from My Pink Stamper. I made this cupcake card for my Godson, Andrew, who just celebrated his third birthday. I used the Sweet Treats cricut cartridge. I hope you enjoy it!

My Pink Stamper Challenge #4

Hello again everyone! I seem to be posting these backwards today! These cards I made for my moms, both my Mother-In-Law and my Mom. They are both very elegant ladies, so I wanted to use the La Couture paper stack from DCWV. I also used stamp sets from Miss Emma's blog. I sure do love how these turned out! Thanks for stopping by!

My Pink Stamper Challenge #5

Hello everyone! I have posted my 3D item for Miss Robyn's National Scrapbook Day Challenge. What fun this is!! I posted my Gratitude journal. Basically, it is a journal that I write in frequently that lists my many blessings. I have found that the more grateful I am for everything in my life, the more happy I am.  It is an idea I have adopted from watching the movie "The Secret" and so far, it has been a practice well worth doing.  For this journal, I took a composition notebook, and used paper from Oriental Trading Company, and the cricut cutout is from the Critter cartridge. Thank you for visiting, and I have so enjoyed seeing your projects, too! Happy Scrapping!
